Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination.

To check your shipping cost:

• Add items to your shopping cart
• Proceed to checkout
• Select your preferred shipping method
• The shipping cost will be displayed before payment is required

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and shipping details.

International Shipping and Import Fees

For orders shipped outside the EU, you may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes. These charges are:

• Determined by your local customs authority
• Not included in your order total
• Not controlled or collected by World of Walker Brands AS

You will be contacted by the courier or your customs office if payment is needed. Orders may not be released until all applicable duties are paid.

Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

World of Walker Brands AS is not responsible for:

• Orders returned due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses
• Failed delivery attempts when the customer cannot be reached
• Delays caused by missing or inaccurate contact information

If a package is returned to us:

• The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
• You are responsible for paying re-shipping costs if you want the order sent again

Please ensure that your address and phone number are entered correctly at checkout.

Shipping Delays and Courier Liability

World of Walker Brands AS is not liable for delivery delays caused by:

• Severe weather or natural disasters
• Customs clearance delays
• Courier service disruptions
• Theft or loss after confirmed delivery

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
